Nasdaq is seeking a Product Manager to lead the next generation of issuer facing and internal applications within the Listings this role you will drive the evolution of cornerstone productsincluding the Nasdaq Listing Center Nasdaq Online and internal tools such as ExACT (Exchange Analysis and Compliance Tracking)equipping issuers and internal teams with modern intuitive and data-rich experiences.
You will be at the center of transforming operational efficiency and digital experience across the Legal Risk & Regulatory (LRR) and Listings organizations collaborating deeply with engineering design regulatory experts and business leaders to deliver products that set a new standard for the industry. Youll thrive in this position if youre strategic collaborative and bring a passion for driving operational efficiency and digital transformation in a fast-paced high-impact environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead product strategy roadmap and delivery for Nasdaqs Listings platforms ensuring alignment with business objectives and user needs.
- Partner with Engineering UX Listings Leadership and LRR teams to define requirements and drive execution of scalable solutions.
- Leverage customer feedback analytics and competitive insights to refine platform capabilities and improve issuer and internal user experiences.
- Drive adoption of Agile product management disciplines collaborating on optimal operating structures and team design.
- Deliver high-quality releases that meet regulatory operational and user requirements in complex regulated environments.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Business Computer Science Finance or equivalent experience.
- 7 years of product management experience in SaaS FinTech regulatory tech or workflow platforms.
- Strong ability to translate business needs into product requirements and execution plans that drive measurable outcomes.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills with experience working in collaborative matrixed environments.
- Proficiency in Agile methodologies data analytics tools and product management platforms.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Advanced degree or relevant product management certification (e.g. MBA Certified Scrum Product Owner).
- Background in capital markets financial services or regulated industries.
- Experience with issuer lifecycle management compliance workflows or enterprise case-management tools.
This position will be located in Philadelphia or Atlanta and offer the opportunity for a hybrid work environment at least 3 days a week in-office subject to change providing flexibility and accessibility for qualified candidates.
