Senior Manager, Product Manager

Job Description

• Hires evaluates and supervises crew.Provides guidance and training as necessary to develop crew.Sets performance standards reviews performance and makes informed compensation decisionsin accordance withall applicable Human Resources policies and procedures.

• Overseesdigital product management activities for multiple digital products or one strategic product with cross-divisional impact.

• Influences and collaborates with cross-functional teams to create best practices that drivesignificant changeto the client experience.

• Provides guidance and coaches digital product teams towards best practices and learnings.Overseesdigital product teams supportofthe messaging communication and customeroutreachas necessary.

• Facilitates strong business support through working with team members to promote a consistent approach to decisions/impacts and client propositions. Drives connection across allappropriate internaland external stakeholders.

• Leads the planningdevelopmentand implementation of new products with cross-divisional impact. Defines and analyzes markets developing detailed product features and requirements and developing implementation plans.

• Influences and employs a variety of qualitative and quantitative analysis techniques to continually improve the user experience.

• Participates in and influences ongoing business planning and departmental prioritization activities.

• Participates in special projects and performs other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Minimum ofeight yearsrelated work experience with at least three years innovation strategy and execution experience. Supervisory experience preferred.

• Undergraduate degree or equivalent combination of training and experience. Graduate degree preferred.
