The Director of Advancement leads and manages all fundraising donor relations alumni engagement and philanthropic initiatives for Saint Paul Diocesan Jr./Sr. High School. The role is responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive advancement strategy aligned with the schools mission and strategic priorities including the design and implementation of the Annual Fund donor stewardship and event based fundraising initiatives. The Director identifies cultivates solicits and stewards donors; conducts relationship meetings and visits; prepares proposals and impact reports; and builds a sustainable pipeline of prospective benefactors while working closely with the Diocesan Director of Major Gifts and Planned Giving position oversees alumni engagement efforts including reconnecting with graduates of Saint Paul and its legacy schools managing alumni communications coordinating events and maintaining accurate database records. The Director collaborates closely with the Head of School School Administration Board of Trustees diocesan leadership and the Enrollment and Marketing office to ensure consistent messaging coordinated campaigns and mission driven communications across platforms. The role also manages advancement operations including donor database integrity gift processing oversight reporting budget monitoring compliance with diocesan and nonprofit standards and the development of dashboards and performance metrics.
