This is an exciting opportunity for a veterinary professional passionate about leadership exceptional patient care and fostering a positive team culture. Youll receive robust support from our Operations Marketing HR and Payroll teams so you can focus on what truly matters: providing outstanding care.

What Youll Do:

• Lead with Purpose Oversee daily operations and guide a dedicated veterinary team to success.
• Inspire & Mentor Build and nurture a team of veterinarians technicians and support staff.
• Deliver Gold-Standard Care Ensure outstanding patient outcomes by implementing the best medical and customer service practices.
• Drive Financial Success Develop budgets optimize resources and contribute to the hospitals growth.
• Shape the Culture Foster a collaborative positive and professional environment where every team member thrives.
• Engage the Community Connect with pet owners and local partners to build lasting relationships and a strong hospital presence.

What Were Looking For:

• DVM or VMD degree from an accredited university (or equivalent).
• Active veterinary license (or ability to obtain one in NJ).
• 5 years of experience
• Passion for leadership team development and delivering exceptional patient care.
• Proven experience in a leadership role within a veterinary clinic or hospital.
• Strong business acumen and ability to manage financial performance.
