Salary Range: $72500-$93600
Guaranteed Hours: 40 hours per week

We are seeking an experienced Director of Rehab to oversee and manage rehabilitation services. This role involves leading a team of therapy professionals ensuring quality patient care and maintaining compliance with facility policies and healthcare regulations.

Responsibilities:

Oversee daily operations of the rehab department ensuring efficient and effective service delivery.
Develop and implement treatment programs in alignment with patient needs and facility goals.
Monitor patient progress treatment outcomes and overall rehab performance metrics.
Collaborate with healthcare teams administrators and family members to optimize patient care.
Manage department budget staffing and resource allocation.
Maintain accurate documentation and reports on therapy services.

Requirements:
Current licensure as a PTA PT OT OTA or SLP in the state of Maryland.
Minimum 1 year of leadership or management experience or minimum 3 years of experience as PTA PT OT OTA or SLP.
