What You Will Do

We are seeking a seasoned and strategic Manager to lead our Data Solutions Support team in Manila. This role is responsible for supervising a team of Data Analysts ensuring high-quality data operations and driving continuous improvement across processes. The ideal candidate will possess a solid understanding of data management practices basic knowledge of adjacent disciplines and the ability to integrate team efforts within the broader business unit and expert functions.

• Provide immediate supervision to a team of Data Analysts assigning tasks checking work at frequent intervals and maintaining schedules.

• Ensure data integrity accuracy and timeliness across all managed datasets and asset classes.

• Contribute to both critical initiatives and day-to-day execution ensuring our data operations are future-ready while remaining adaptable to evolving business needs.

• Mentor and develop team members promoting best practices and professional growth.

• Identify and implement opportunities for process improvements and automation to boost efficiency and scalability.

• Develop and maintain clear comprehensive documentation for data operations processes standards and procedures.

• Collaborate closely with stakeholders to understand data needs and deliver tailored solutions.

• Contribute to the evolution of our data strategy governance and toolingsupporting initiatives across investment markets classification workflows and enrichment routines.

What We Expect

• Bachelors degree in Finance Economics Mathematics Statistics or a related field.

• 5 years of experience in financial services with at least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial role.

• Proficiency in Excel and relational databases (SQL preferred).

• Strong analytical problem-solving and decision-making skills.

• Developed communication skills to exchange complex information effectively.

• Proven experience in data operations process optimization and automation.

• Strong analytical and consultative skills with the ability to translate business needs into actionable data solutions.

• A mentality for continuous improvement and cross-functional collaboration.

What Would Be Helpful

• Experience in financial services or institutional investment data.

• Ability to manage multiple priorities and lead teams in a fast-paced environment.

• Progress towards CFA CAIA CFA Investment Foundations or CAIA Fundamentals of Alternative Investments or an advanced business degree is a strong plus.
