In this fulltime permanent role youll partner with senior leaders across Corporate Services to shape workforce strategy strengthen engagement and deliver people solutions that make a real impact. Key Responsibilities

  • Build strong influential relationships with managers and leaders providing expert coaching guidance and workforce advice.

  • Lead cultural change and employee engagement initiatives that strengthen connection and performance across Corporate & Hospitals teams.

  • Design develop and support strategic workforce plans talent strategies and forwardlooking resourcing solutions.

  • Collaborate with Employee Relations to navigate industrial instruments employment legislation and complex ER matters.

  • Drive core People Cycle activities including performance capability development succession and remuneration processes.

  • Work with Centres of Excellence to deliver integrated fitforpurpose HR solutions that meet business needs.

  • Lead and support organisational change programs including restructures redesigns and communications to ensure positive workforce outcomes.

What you will bring:

  • A degree in Human Resources or a related field supported by extensive experience delivering strategic and operational HR partnering.

  • A strong background in leading HR initiatives that enhance workforce capability and deliver measurable improvements.

  • Solid ER/IR knowledge and experience managing or supporting complex workplace matters.

  • Exceptional stakeholder engagement skills with the ability to influence coach and build trust at all levels.

  • A strategic mindset with the ability to analyse workforce data solve problems and shape peoplefocused solutions.

  • A collaborative curious and proactive approach with a genuine commitment to our mission and values.
