Join Our Team as a Senior Commercial Documentation Manager!
As the Sr. Commercial Documentation Manager you will be a skilled legal documentation professional who ensures our Commercial Leasing & Property Management documentation processes run effectively efficiently and timely. Youll take ownership of the legal documentation lifecycle from drafting through execution of leases and property-related legal documents including partnering with the Leasing Documentation Specialists to ensure accurate and consistent results.
What Youll Do:
Leadership of Lease Documentation & Administration:Oversee the preparation coordination negotiation and distribution of commercial lease documents and related agreements to support successful transactions and annual leasing goals. Partner with Commercial Leasing Managers and Documentation Specialists to ensure all documentation is accurate compliant completed on time and aligned with approved legal parameters and company risk standards.
Oversight of Property Management Documentation: Manage the coordination and execution of legal documentation for the Commercial Property Management team including tenant notices vendor contracts asbestos tracking and property-related records. Ensure correct forms are used and all documentation is organized approved and maintained to support efficient property operations.
Process Improvement: Evaluate and implement tools systems and process improvements that streamline documentation workflows and automate departmental forms. Manage electronic document retention and support system training troubleshooting and enhancements to achieve effective and efficient processes and delivery.
Team Leadership & Support: Train develop and support Leasing Documentation Specialists while overseeing documentation tracking and reporting processes. Build strong partnerships across Commercial Leasing Property Management and internal teams to ensure timely accurate documentation and a high-quality internal and external customer experience.
What Youll Bring:
- 8 years of experience in commercial leasing administration preparation and documentation. Ability to recommend solutions based on knowledge of both legal and commercial leasing contract structures.
- 3-5 years of experience in a managerial or leadership role required.
- Bachelors Degree required Paralegal Certificate strongly preferred.
- A proactive collaborative approach to problem-solving and teamwork.
- Ability to exercise independent judgment while maintaining alignment with Company values goals and objectives.
- Exceptional communication organization and multitasking abilities.
- Passion for leading and motivating individuals and groups toward accomplishment of goals and department success.

Our Compensation Philosophy:
The total compensation for this position isâ $125000 - $154000 (inclusive of base bonus). The base pay offered may vary depending on the job-related knowledge skills and experience of the candidate.âFentons goal is to ensure performance-based compensation that is motivating and competitive and we adopt a pay-for-performance approach.â
