Nurse Manager ( Behavioural Health) Medical Center
cTrace Solutions is seeking a Nurse Manager in Brooklyn NY. This is a full-time/Direct hire position.
Location: Brooklyn NY
Salary: $14500- $160000 DOE
Schedule: 8 am-4 pm - Mon- Fri
Start Date: ASAP
End Date: NA - Direct hire/contract to hire role
Key responsibilities:
- Lead daily operations of a psychiatric unit ensuring high-quality patient care and 24/7 operational oversight.
- Collaborate with leadership to manage staff coordinate interdisciplinary teams and drive performance improvement initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory standards policies and accreditation requirements.
- Monitor admissions discharges and care planning to support effective clinical management and patient outcomes.
- Collect analyze and report clinical and operational data for performance tracking and regulatory reporting.
- Support budgeting inventory management staff development and implementation of best practices in patient care.
Requirements
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in New York State.
- Minimum 5 years of RN experience including 5 years in psychiatric clinical care.
- At least 2 years of leadership/management experience.
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) from an accredited institution.
- Required certifications: BLS ACLS and Crisis Management (PMCS/TRUST).
- Experience working with children (ages 6 weeks to 6 years) with at least 2 years of formal experience
