Overview:
The EUC Release Manager will oversee the planning coordination and execution of releases across the End User Computing (EUC) environment ensuring seamless deployment and minimal business disruption.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage end-to-end release lifecycle for EUC applications and platforms
Coordinate with engineering QA and business stakeholders for release planning
Ensure proper testing validation and sign-offs before production deployment
Implement and enforce change management and release governance processes
Identify risks develop rollback strategies and ensure contingency planning
Monitor post-release performance and resolve any deployment issues
Maintain release documentation and audit compliance

Required Skills:

Strong experience in release and change management (ITIL framework preferred)
Hands-on exposure to EUC environments (Windows VDI desktop management)
Experience with tools like ServiceNow Jira or similar
Excellent stakeholder communication and coordination skills
Strong problem-solving and risk management abilities
