Are you passionate about employment law and driven to make a real impact Thompsons Solicitors the UKs most experienced trade union and employment rights law firm is looking for a dedicated Paralegal to join our Employment Rights team supporting workers across Northern Ireland.

In this dynamic role youll be at the heart of cases that matter. Youll work closely with expert solicitors on claims involving unfair dismissal constructive dismissal wage disputes holiday pay redundancy breach of contract and discrimination under Northern Irelands equality laws. From early client contact and legal research to preparing documentation and tribunal bundles youll contribute directly to achieving justice for working people.
This is handson meaningful work where youll develop real litigation experience attending tribunals supporting counsel preparing cases drafting statements and managing your own work under supportive supervision. Every day brings variety challenge and the opportunity to learn from leading specialists.
Who we are looking for...
- A solid grounding in employment law
- Strong organisation accuracy and attention to detail
- Clear confident communication skills
- A proactive teamfocused mindset
- Competence with Microsoft Office and digital case management
Ideally youll also bring experience of tribunal processes or previous work in a legal environment but if youre eager to learn and committed to supporting working people we want to hear from you.
