About the Role
The school is looking for a Chemistry Teacher who can deliver engaging enquiry-led lessons across Key Stages 3 4 and 5. You will support students in developing scientific reasoning practical skills and conceptual understanding.
Key responsibilities include:
Teaching Chemistry at KS3 GCSE and A Level
Planning and delivering high-quality lessons
Monitoring student progress and implementing intervention strategies
Contributing to curriculum planning and departmental initiatives
Supporting enrichment activities such as STEM clubs and competitions
The Ideal Candidate
QTS or equivalent recognised teaching qualification
Degree in Chemistry or related discipline
Strong subject knowledge and practical science experience
Excellent classroom management and communication skills
Enthusiastic reflective and student-focused
