Lead business analytics excellence and shape datadriven value creation across our SmartX portfolio
Role summary
As Business Analytics Lead you will play a central role in evolving our SmartX data and analytics capability and driving the success of our Momenttum Data Platform built on Microsoft Azure and Snowflake. You act as the bridge between business product development and operations ensuring that insights models and analytics truly drive decisions and value.
You take ownership of the analytics domain endtoend: from business requirements and data models to Power BI solutions cloudaligned design principles and bestpractice governance. You combine strong business understanding with deep experience in modern analytics tooling and you play a key role in shaping architecture ways of working and our overall direction.
Key responsibilities
- Lead analysis and solution design across the full data value chain from requirements to data models dashboards and decision support
- Translate business and product needs into scalable welldesigned analytics solutions
- Own the lifecycle of analytical assets ensuring adoption usability and measurable value creation
- Work handson with Power BI (modelling DAX RLS visualization) on customer deliveries
- Influence and support the cloud architecture (primarily Azure) including data flows security and platform coherence
- Ensure alignment across data sources the data platform and the reporting layer
- Contribute to structure governance and best practices within data and analytics
- Collaborate closely with developers architects and stakeholders to deliver highquality integrated solutions

Experience & profile
- Experience as a Business Analyst Analytics Lead Data Lead or similar
- Solid understanding of data architecture and modern cloud platforms
- Strong handson experience with Power BI including modelling DAX RLS and report design
- Understanding of DevOps principles and CI/CD processes in Dev QA and Prod environments
- Ability to communicate complex concepts clearly to both technical and nontechnical audiences
- Structured curious and willing to challenge existing solutions
- Thrives in a role with influence responsibility and many interfaces
- Willing to travel within Denmark and the Nordics as required
Bonus Experience
- Working with Snowflake Databricks or similar data platforms
- Agile frameworks (Scrum Kanban) and productoriented development
- Stakeholder management across projects and customer environments
