Digital Market Support lead, Marketing Hearing

In the role asDigital Market support coordinator/leadyou will contribute to our purpose of Bringing People Closerand provide support to our markets with managing their eCommerce solutions.

The team you will be part of

The Digital Product Portfolio team looks after the eCommerce solutions for the Hearing businessas well as working with our partners in DDI (Data Digital and IT) to enhance the Online Customer deal with a large number of very diverse stakeholders every day including sales subsidiaries product management andDDI.

Your contribution is appreciated and you will:

• Support our markets withrequests and changes for the eCommerce set-up
• Ensure that new products are launched on time
• Ensure thatour stakeholders are up to date on any changes and incidents

To thrive in the role we imagine that you:

• Most likely you are in the early years of yourcareerwhich can be either IT-oriented or Marketing/communication-oriented
• You have knowledge of CM systems preferably Sitecore
• You are familiar with Microsoft Office
• Experience with PIM systems is a plus
