About the Job
As the Regional Finance Transformation & Compliance Lead you will play a central role in driving the finance transformation agenda across the Europe region. This role is crucial in standardising processes ensuring compliance and preparing the finance organisation for future system and platform changes.
You will act as the regional anchor for global finance programmes lead complex transformation initiatives partner with senior stakeholders and ensure consistent compliant financial operations across multiple countries. This position offers significant visibility and influence on the future operating model of Finance.

We Are Looking for Someone To
Lead and execute regional finance transformation initiatives sponsored by HQ Finance (FFF).
Drive Finance & Tax platform implementations and represent the region in programme governance forums (SteerCo OPCO).
Support financial readiness and compliance during new business implementations and local entity setups.
Oversee legal entity rationalisation and M&A integrations including Project Gollum.
Ensure success of system implementations by partnering with ATR Controlling and GSC teams.
Manage timelines risks dependencies and stakeholder expectations across multiple geographies.
Drive training readiness testing and postgolive stabilisation activities.
Provide clear timely reporting to Regional Finance Leadership and Finance LT.
Serve as the regional focal point for governance of GAM (Global Authority Matrix) and DAM (Delegation Authority Matrix).
Build and lead the Regional Finance Transformation Lead community across Areas.
Strengthen compliance oversight including statutory filings corporate housekeeping and license renewals.
Requirements
Masters degree in Finance or equivalent.
810 years of relevant finance and transformation experience.
Strong ERP and finance systems implementation experience.
Demonstrated project management capability using structured methodologies and tools.
Strong analytical problemsolving and decisionmaking skills.
Highly organised with strong attention to detail.
Excellent written and spoken English.
Ability to confidently influence senior stakeholders.
Strong leadership coaching and interpersonal skills.
High integrity and accountability; able to operate independently in a fastpaced complex environment.
