A starting salary of 27955 increasing at 6 12 24 and 36 months to 36261

A customer focussed person who seeks to understand the needs of each individual customer managing expectations tailoring the support accordingly and delivering on good customer outcomes.
Have a good understanding of the vehicle buying industry alongside current market conditions when it comes to buying and selling varying types of vehicles.
A good communicator who can convey the key functions and needs of the department to others around the business whilst also being comfortable with challenge and debate in and out of the team.
Key Responsibilities:
Contact our customers through differing mediums to help engage in communication with us and support through the vehicle buying process and solicit our previously approved customers through the use of marketing communication tools and re-engage them in their approval for finance
Answering Inbound and Outbound calls to manage an individual queue of work to ensure contact is kept up to date and unique to each individual customer/dealer.
To work closely with the relevant internal departments to negotiate and discuss best outcomes for our customers.
