主な関係先

東京本社各地方リゾートのチーム編成においてオンラインやチャットなど社内コミュニケーションツールを活用し随時情報の共有やリゾートからの報告義務がある

KEY RELATIONSHIPS:

In the team structure that spans the Tokyo headquarters and various regional resort locations internal communication toolssuch as online meetings and chatare utilized to share information as needed. Additionally resorts are required to submit reports regularly.

スーパーバイザリーアカウンタントは Travel Leisure Co. Japan のファイナンス部門において月次決算や税務対応を中心とした経理業務を適切かつ確実に遂行し部門の財務健全性を支える役割を担いますまた今後はチームリーダーとしてメンバーを指導育成し組織運営を牽引する役割も期待しています経理全般の幅広い業務に携わりながら将来的にマネジメントポジションを目指せるポジションです

PRIMARY OBJECTIVES:

At Travel Leisure our vision is To put the world on vacation.

The Supervisory Accountant plays a key role in supporting the financial integrity of the Travel Leisure Co. Japan Finance Department by accurately and effectively handling accounting operations with a focus on monthly closing and tax-related addition the position is expected to take on leadership responsibilities in the future including guiding and developing team members and contributing to overall organizational management. This role offers the opportunity to engage in a wide range of accounting tasks while building a path toward a future management position.

PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES: (Include but not limited to :)

Monthly closing operations
Tax filingrelated tasks
General accounting and finance duties
Team leadership (Assistant Managerlevel position)
Future people management responsibilities
Finance process improvements and project support
Collaboration with internal departments
English communication with overseas offices

税務申告の実務経験
英語ビジネスレベル目安TOEIC700
日本語日本語能力試験N1必須
チームワークを重視できる方
論理的思考力コミュニケーション力
部下マネジメント経験または今後マネジメント志向がある方
外資系企業での就業経験
業務改善プロジェクト経験
オラクルSAPなどのERPシステム勘定奉行の使用経験者歓迎

KEY POSITION CRITERIA:

Practical experience in monthly closing
Practical experience in tax filing
English: Business level (equivalent to TOEIC 700)
Japanese: JLPT N1 required
Strong team-oriented mindset
Logical thinking and strong communication skills
Experience in people management or a desire to take on management responsibilities in the future
Work experience in a foreign-affiliated company
Experience in process improvement and project involvement
ERPOracle SAP Kanjobugyo user experience (preferred)
