Job Summary
Manage and monitor sales profitability to achieve medical sales targets for assigned businesses/territories and overall business objectives
General Responsibilities
- Promote and sell oncology products to healthcare professionals and within assigned territory.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with KOLs in oncology to drive product awareness and sales.
- Conduct product presentations demonstrations and training sessions for healthcare providers.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities and maintain existing customer accounts.
- Achieve sales targets and objectives within the assigned territory.
- Provide feedback on market trends competitor activities and customer needs to the marketing and product development teams.
- Attend relevant conferences seminars and events to promote products and network with industry professionals.
- Prepare and submit regular sales reports and forecasts to the sales manager.
- Develop and implement short- and long-term medical sales strategies and plans to achieve sales targets for assigned businesses/territories
- Monitor selfs key performance indicator achievements. Conduct regular reviews with direct manager to provide feedback on achievements performance gaps and requirements for improvement
- Monitor costs and provide inputs on proper pricing discounts and contract terms to achieve targeted margins. Assist in negotiations and deal closing
- Manage continuous improvement on sales processes sales plans customer satisfaction etc. to improve sales targets
- Manage customer issue resolutions and recommend preventive actions to minimize future incidents
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to better understand client requirements and to leverage cross-product/industry business opportunities
- Ensure run the business with comply and ethics follow all of company policies and regulations.

Functional Skills and Knowledge
- Minimum three to five years experience in a similar role
- Demonstrate sound knowledge and understanding of the oncology or women health and other therapeutic industry/market/competitors/customers
- Good communication skill analytical skill proactive with positive attitude and behavior
- Demonstrate sound knowledge and a proven sales track record in assigned products/services/systems and an existing network of contacts
- Demonstrate sound knowledge of regulatory requirements of products within assigned territories including handling procedures shelf life warranties etc.
- Demonstrate strong communication and negotiation skills
- Demonstrate advanced research and analytical skills
- Demonstrate proficiencies in office productivity tools (e.g. Excel Word and PowerPoint)
- Demonstrate fluency in English both written and spoken
Education
Degree or professional qualification in a Science or Medical-related discipline
