What a day at EXP has in store for you
The ideal individual will be responsible for performing technical and professional planning services associated with the daily operations of EXPs Transportation Group. The candidate will help us address current and comprehensive planning issues involving development review zoning administration and preparation tasks associated with comprehensive plan implementation master planning and strategic planning.
- Provide technical oversight for transit projects master plans strategic planning and public outreach efforts
- Monitors and ensures compliance with local state and federal laws
- Performs and manages planning projects research and analysis
- Help define regional/local transportation planning problems and priorities
- Recommend improvements on existing transportation systems
- Recommend new transportation projects
- Support Policy Planning
- Attending meetings to represent FDOT with other agencies
- Attendance at meetings and public forums
- Review of technical reports
- Preparation and delivery of presentations
- Compilation organization and analysis of data
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelors degree in urban and regional planning engineering geography public administration English or directly related field in planning.
- Ability to travel
