Key Responsibilities
- Lead the measurement and preparation of Bills of Quantities (BOQs) for new and ongoing projects.
- Oversee cost planning budgeting forecasting and reporting across multiple developments.
- Manage contract administration including preparation of interim payment certificates and final accounts.
- Conduct periodic measurement and valuation of completed and ongoing works to ensure cost accuracy.
- Allocate upcoming works to contractors in collaboration with the Construction Manager.
- Provide commercial support to site teams ensuring alignment between cost control and construction progress.
- Update BOQs and prepare detailed cost and financial reports for management review.
- Lead mentor and motivate the QS team including performance management skills development and training.
- Implement and maintain robust commercial processes controls and standards across projects.
Requirements
- At least 10years of Experience in the Construction Industry
- Proven experience in a senior Quantity Surveying or commercial leadership role within the construction industry.
- Strong expertise in cost management contract administration and project commercial control.
- Demonstrated ability to lead teams influence stakeholders and drive performance.
- Experience working on large-scale or multi-project developments is highly desirable.
- International exposure or experience working in emerging markets will be an advantage.
- Strong communication analytical and negotiation skills.
- Qualification in any Related Quantity Surveying or Construction programs
- Affiliation to any international / professional Body or professional Certification
