Reedham Primary Schoolare seeking an exceptional school leader for the role of Academy Headteacher who is motivated and friendly with a passion for improving outcomes and life experiences for ourpupils.

You will be understanding of the importance ofmaintainingthe community element of the school while supporting it to move in line with educational change and current pedagogy.

You will:

• be of Qualified Teacher Status (degree 2:1 preferred)
