Reedham Primary Schoolare seeking an exceptional school leader for the role of Academy Headteacher who is motivated and friendly with a passion for improving outcomes and life experiences for ourpupils.

Reedham Primary is rooted in the heart of a passionate community in an idyllic setting and continues to grow and flourish within Consortium Trust. You will be understanding of the importance ofmaintainingthe community element of the school while supporting it to move in line with educational change and current pedagogy.

You will:

  • be of Qualified Teacher Status (degree 2:1 preferred)
  • have a good understanding of progression andexpectations in primaryeducation
  • have a good understanding of curriculumdevelopment
  • havea clear visionof effective teaching andlearning
  • havehigh expectationsof progressattainmentandbehaviour
  • have the commitment and ability to inspire childrenand their joy oflearning
  • embrace change and challenge and be committed to collaborativeworking
  • have excellent interpersonal management andorganisational skills andbe able tolead inspire anddevelopothers
  • havea track recordin leadership and management
  • have a good understanding of adaptive teachingmethods
  • have experience with working closely with externalagencies.
