Where Youll Make a Difference
- Build customer relationships through outbound calls and serve as the first point of contact for inquiries and complaints.
- Maintain accurate Customer Relationship Management (CRM) updates after each interaction to support retention and business development.
- Conduct customer interviews using structured scripts to understand needs and capture detailed requirements.
- Deliver high-quality service to drive customer satisfaction and continued product/service usage.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory standards; escalate exceptions for approval.
- Continuously develop skills through training coaching and staying updated on industry and regulatory changes.
- Provide advanced product/service information and address complex customer queries.
- Respond to basic issue escalate promptly and appropriately; provide managerial approvals as required.
What Makes You the Right Fit
- Bachelors degree from university preferably in Food Science Science or a related field.
- Minimum of 1 year experience in Sales Support Customer Service Regulatory Affair or Quality
- Proficiency in English and relevant local language(s) for effective communication across teams and clients.
- Strong computer literacy including Microsoft Word Excel and PowerPoint; experience with SAP is highly desirable.
- Experience in multitasking environments and coordination-driven position
