Job Summary

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the telesales team to achieve sales targets and improve lead conversion.
  • Develop strategies to increase sales cross-selling and upselling opportunities.
  • Monitor team performance including call volume conversion rates and sales results.
  • Build and implement customer retention and loyalty programs to increase repeat purchases.
  • Coach and develop telesales agents through training performance reviews and ongoing support.
  • Improve telesales processes and leverage CRM and digital tools to enhance productivity.
  • Analyze sales data and prepare performance reports and insights for management.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors or Masters degree in Business Administration Marketing or a related field.
  • 510 years of experience in telesales call center sales or sales operations with leadership experience.
  • Proven ability to lead teams and achieve sales targets.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience using CRM systems (e.g. Salesforce) and reporting tools such as Power BI.
  • Excellent communication leadership and problem-solving skills.
  • Customer-focused with a strong sales and business growth mindset.
  • Fluent in English.
