Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the telesales team to achieve sales targets and improve lead conversion.
- Develop strategies to increase sales cross-selling and upselling opportunities.
- Monitor team performance including call volume conversion rates and sales results.
- Build and implement customer retention and loyalty programs to increase repeat purchases.
- Coach and develop telesales agents through training performance reviews and ongoing support.
- Improve telesales processes and leverage CRM and digital tools to enhance productivity.
- Analyze sales data and prepare performance reports and insights for management.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Business Administration Marketing or a related field.
- 510 years of experience in telesales call center sales or sales operations with leadership experience.
- Proven ability to lead teams and achieve sales targets.
- Strong analytical skills with experience using CRM systems (e.g. Salesforce) and reporting tools such as Power BI.
- Excellent communication leadership and problem-solving skills.
- Customer-focused with a strong sales and business growth mindset.
- Fluent in English.
