Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets
- Lead and manage project sales team
- Expand new business opportunities and maintain strong client relationships
- Present AV / IT / System Integration solutions to corporate clients
- Manage full sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure successful project delivery
- Monitor sales pipeline forecast and team performance
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in IT Business Administration Engineering or related fields
- 7-10 years of experience in sales management and project sales within AV Solutions IT Solutions or System Integration
- Experience working with corporate clients such as government hospitality or large enterprises
- Strong leadership negotiation and presentation skills
- Able to manage multiple projects and work under pressure
- Own car and able to travel for client meetings
- Good command of English
