Key Responsibilities
Customer Support
- Manage day-to-day customer service activities including order processing scheduling complaints payments purchasing and invoicing.
- Ensure timely fulfillment of customer orders sample requests and administrative requests.
- Resolve customer issues promptly and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Verify order accuracy against purchase orders and contractual agreements.
- Coordinate with internal teams plants and customers regarding order status and scheduling.
- Support international order entry for FCL LCL and airfreight shipments.
- Maintain and update customer records and documentation.
- Ensure compliance with pricing agreements contractual obligations and letters of credit.
Logistics Administration & Order Management
- Coordinate logistics activities across air rail road and ocean freight.
- Monitor shipment schedules shipping documentation and container status.
- Prepare shipping documents including invoices packing lists bills of lading proforma invoices and courier documents.
- Provide required shipping documents to forwarders and customers.
- Support replenishment planning for international warehouses.
- Partner with external logistics providers and documentation vendors.
- Work with warehouse teams to ensure successful shipment execution.
Pricing Analysis & Reporting
- Enter and update pricing information in ERP systems.
- Monitor freight rates to ensure alignment with budget.
- Review customer demand versus forecast and contract volumes.
- Prepare reports and analyze business trends benchmark data and customer activities.
- Compile and analyze letters of credit fees and shipping costs.
- Support process improvement initiatives to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Supply Chain Logistics Business Administration or related field.
- Minimum 35 years of experience in customer service logistics supply chain or order management.
- Strong knowledge of international shipping processes including FCL LCL and airfreight.
- Experience using SAP Salesforce and Microsoft Office.
- Strong communication and coordination skills.
- Fluent in English and Mandarin.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and cross-functional environment.
- Strong problem-solving analytical and customer service mindset.
