Based in Melbourne (or open torelocating)youllplay a critical role in driving sales growth and market share by executing strategic sales plans building strong customerrelationshipsand delivering operational a high-performing safety-focused team whilst working collaboratively with teams across Lion to achieve growth & execution plans. Your Mission:

  • Deliver with Impact:Execute the state sales plan to deliver executional targets exceeding volumerevenueand market share goals.

  • Engage in the Marketplace:Nurture productive mutually beneficial business relationships with customers and industry associations being an ambassador for Lion at customersponsorshipand industry events.

  • Collaborate for Success:Collaborate internally to deliver against business priorities and lead On Premise channel meetings Field Leadership briefings and Sales planning forums.

  • Negotiate and Persuade:Represent Lion inPourageRights deals owning negotiation strategy and long-term value creation.

  • Drive Operational Excellence:Embed Lion processestechnologyand tools across the state field sales team.

  • Lead and Coach:Createdevelopand lead a high-performing team driving team engagement and championing a high-growthculture.
