Job Summary
Your mission
- Responsibility for the successful execution of worldwide trading transactions including handling of offers purchase orders order confirmations customer and supplier communication and tracing of payments
- Responsibility for the handling of the entire shipment processes including shipment booking shipping & customs documents and close follow-up with the warehouse and the forwarders to ensure that shipment will arrive in time and quality as expected
- Direct communication with suppliers/factories with regards to e.g. production status order confirmation and delivery status
- Handling of daily administrative tasks in order processing (e. g. task list updating order summary)
- Support of sales managers: e. g. cost calculations sample sending and customer/supplier reporting
Your profile
- Bachelors degree with 5yrs working experience in trading and manufacturing company
- Experience in import and export business including the handling of LC documents
- Experience in handling logistics for container & truck shipments is definitely a plus
- Proficient in English communication and Mandarin (a must)
- Able to work independently a good team-player with high flexibility and good problem-solving skills
- Service and detailed-oriented working attitude
- Experienced in working with an ERP system - SAGE 100 is a plus
