Where Youll Make a Difference
Lead and inspire the Dairy & Bakery Bars & Confectionery (BBC) category team in crafting and executing a three-year strategic growth plan grounded in market insights business priorities and innovation capabilities.
Drive alignment and execution of the category plan across Greater Asia markets ensuring cross-functional collaboration and accountability.
Champion marketing initiatives and customer engagement strategies that elevate IFFs presence and value proposition in the Dairy & Bakery segments.
Collaborate with Product Experience Innovation and Sales teams to define and prioritize regional marketing efforts and product strategies.
Monitor and report progress on category performance including financial targets pipeline development and initiative milestones providing strategic recommendations and corrective actions as needed.
Map and drive business developmentspecific initiatives and tactics that accelerate growth.
Act as a senior marketing advisor to key account managers supporting customer relationships through tailored marketing strategies and impactful storytelling.
Continuously gather and synthesize industry insights to inform strategic decisions and identify new growth opportunities in the Dairy & Bakery segments.
What Makes You the Right Fit
Bachelors or Masters degree in Marketing Business Food Science with relevant industry experience.
Minimum 15 years of progressive experience in marketing sales or business development preferably within the Dairy & Bakery space or the food ingredients industry.
Proven leadership capabilities with experience managing cross-functional teams and influencing stakeholders in a matrix organization.
Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills with the ability to translate insights into actionable plans.
Exceptional communication and presentation skills with a track record of delivering compelling marketing content to internal and external audiences.
Deep understanding of the Greater Asia market landscape with experience in China Indonesia India and Southeast Asia.
Proficiency in English.
Advanced proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel.
Willingness to travel.

Experience in developing executing and measuring the impact of strategic marketing plans.
