Job Summary
Key Responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end MDM solution design using Informatica / Talend / Semarchy xDM
- Define enterprise-wide matching strategies survivorship rules and golden record policies
- Establish standards for duplicate management merge/unmerge and data governance
- Lead configuration of complex business rules validation frameworks and workflows
- Provide technical leadership and mentoring to delivery teams
- Act as primary technical liaison for clients and support RFP / solution design activities
- Ensure MDM solution aligns with data quality security and compliance requirements
Total Experience Expected: 06-08 years
Qualifications :
Primary Skill: Master Data Management (Semarchy xDM / Informatica MDM / Talend MDM)
Core Concepts Covered:
- Rule configuration
- Matching process
- Survivorship
- Golden record creation
- Duplicate detection and management
- Merge and unmerge processes
Required Skills
- Extensive hands-on expertise in Semarchy xDM / Informatica MDM / Talend MDM
- Strong command of MDM architecture matching frameworks and survivorship models
- Proven leadership in enterprise-scale MDM implementations
- Excellent stakeholder and delivery management skills
