As a Security Officer - Transit Driving Patrol Overnightsin Milwaukee WI you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Government and more. As an unarmed Patrol Officer at a government transit location you will conduct routine vehicle and foot patrols stay highly visible to help reduce security-related incidents and assist staff and riders with clear communication and customer service. This is a driving post requiring a valid drivers license under AU Driver Policy Requirements. What Youll Do:

• Provide customer service to visitors staff and/or contractors by carrying out security-related procedures site-specific policies and when appropriate emergency response activities at a government transportation location.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm problem-solving manner including disputes medical situations and/or disorderly conduct and request assistance from appropriate resources as needed.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of facilities platforms parking areas and perimeter areas to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or identify potential issues.
• Monitor access points observe activity for unusual conditions and complete required documentation such as shift logs incident reports and/or patrol reports.
• Operate post equipment as directed which may include radios phones and/or video monitoring systems and communicate timely updates to Allied Universal leadership and site contacts.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be 21 years of age.
• A valid drivers license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal state and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid drivers license will be required for driving positions
