Were looking for a CTO who wants to buildnot just manage.
This is not a maintain the system role. This is a 01 and 1100 role where you will shape the technical foundation of a rapidly growing fin-tech company.
Youll work directly with the CEO and leadership team to define how Lenme scales to tens of millions of users. Youll make key architectural decisions build systems that dont break under pressure and create a culture where engineers move fast and think independently.

What Youll Do
- Own the entire technology stackfrom architecture to deployment
- Build and scale a world-class engineering team from the ground up
- Design systems that are fast reliable and can handle massive growth
- Work closely with product to ship quickly without compromising quality
- Rethink how fintech infrastructure should work (not how its always been done)
- Introduce new ideas tools and approaches that push the product forward
- Make high-impact decisions with minimal bureaucracy
- Set the technical culture: high ownership speed and accountability
- Ensure security compliance and trust at scale
