Job Summary

What you can expect

In this role you will grow adoption and deployment of Zoom Contact Center (CCaaS) Zoom Virtual Agent and Zoom Engagement Management capabilities (WFO/WFM). Increasing awareness across current Zoom customers as well as acting as a market evangelist within new Zoom customers and customer prospects is our overarching mission. This role is based in Tokyo and reports to Head of CX Sales APJ based in Australia.

What were looking for

  • Have 10 years Experience of Telephony Contact Center Sales Experience (Cloud & Premises PBX) and any team leader experience is strongly required

  • Have a fluent Business Japanese & English (This role is based in Tokyo)

  • Experience working within strategic Enterprise accounts

  • Experience leading others with product/services training; demo and sales guides; learning and training materials

  • Experience utilizing Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tool

  • Able to travel as needed

求める人材
  • テレフォニーコンタクトセンター営業経験 (クラウドおよびオンプレミス PBX) を 10 年以上有しチームリーダー経験を強く求めます
  • ビジネスレベルの日本語および英語力を有すること (このポジションは東京を拠点とします)
  • 戦略的エンタープライズアカウントでの業務経験
  • 製品/サービストレーニングデモおよび営業ガイド学習およびトレーニング資料を用いた他者への指導経験
  • 顧客関係管理 (CRM) ツールの使用経験
  • 必要に応じて出張が可能であること
