What you will be doing
We are looking for a hands-on and dynamic Human Resources Business Partner who is keen to balance operational HR execution with tactical L&D initiatives. This role takes ownership for all things people in our sales and customer service areas nationally whilst specialising in Learning & Development on a wider scale across the ASSA ABLOY Australia business. One of two HRBPs working as part of a wider HR team this on-site role based in Oakleigh represents a real opportunity to take your people and culture career to the next level whilst applying your strengths in Learning and Development.
Some insights:
Translate growth plans talent gaps and challenges into impactful strategies
Develop actionable people plans to bridge gaps between current and future needs
Implement key business learning projects whilst balancing day to day priorities
Co-ordinate processes such sourcing performance development salary and bonus
Challenge and provide sound generalist advice on L&D TA OD and ER matters
Coordinate change management initiatives where it benefits the business
What we are looking for
A true P&C generalist with a passion for all things HR and L&D
Self-motivation with exceptional organisational and communication skills
Ability to convey information to a diverse range of people in a positive manner
Passion about learning development and career pathways for our people
Initiative with the ability work proactively in a team and influence others
Advanced HRIS experience with SuccessFactors or similar and tertiary qualifications in Human Resources or similar
