General Management Trainee (KM)

This General Management Program is a fast-track career path designed for individuals with strong leadership potential. Over two years you will develop essential managerial financial and operational skills preparing you for a leadership role within our organization.

What Youll Do & Learn:

This role is designed for someone just starting their career but eager to take on big responsibilities. You wont just be observing youll be actively involved in key projects from day one with full support from experienced mentors and managers.

• Start from the ground up: Youll spend time learning about operations understanding how different departments function and getting hands-on experience in daily activities.
• Work closely with experienced leaders: You will shadow managers attend leadership meetings and contribute to decision-making processes.
• Develop leadership skills: Well provide structured training in people management effective communication and strategic thinking.
• Take ownership of small projects: Youll have the chance to lead initiatives that improve efficiency optimize processes and enhance customer satisfaction.
• Learn financial & operational fundamentals: We will train you in financial planning cost management and how to run a successful business unit.
• Engage with customers: Youll gain insight into customer needs and help build strong relationships that drive business success.
• Be part of an international team: Collaborate with teams from different locations exchanging knowledge and best practices.

By the end of the program you will have the skills and confidence to step into a leadership role and lead a team or even an entire department.

Qualifications :

What Were Looking For:

We dont expect you to have years of experiencewe are looking for high-potential individuals who want to grow and develop into leadership roles.

• MSc degree (preferably in Management Science Engineering Business or a related field).
• Ambition to become a leader and manage a business unit in the future.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills  you enjoy tackling challenges and finding solutions.
• Curiosity and willingness to learn  you ask questions seek knowledge and want to understand the bigger picture.
• Ability to work well in a team and communicate effectively with different stakeholders.
• Fluent Polish and English  since we operate globally you need to be comfortable working in an international environment.
• Some knowledge of finance and operations (P&L cash flow project management) would be an advantage but dont worrywe will train you!
