Role Overview
An established and rapidly growing TikTok and social media agency is seeking an experienced Creator / Brand Manager to play a critical client-facing role within the business.
This position is responsible for managing a network of creators developing high-performing content strategies for brand clients and driving measurable sales and growth results. The ideal candidate brings strong expertise in social media marketing creator partnerships e-commerce and client relationship management.

Key Responsibilities
Creator Network Management
Manage and grow a network of TikTok creators and influencers
Oversee onboarding training content planning and ongoing performance tracking
Identify and recruit new creators to expand the network as needed
Provide guidance on effective selling techniques video production and platform best practices
Content Strategy & Campaign Execution
Develop comprehensive content strategies and content calendars for brand clients
Ensure content is high-performing on-brand and platform-compliant
Collaborate on launch plans promotional campaigns and other growth initiatives
Contribute to YouTube channel development and additional content initiatives
Performance Analysis & Optimization
Analyze creator and campaign performance data
Identify trends opportunities and optimization strategies
Provide actionable data-driven recommendations to improve results
Client Relationship Management
Serve as the primary point of contact for brand clients
Provide regular updates insights and strategic recommendations
Manage expectations and maintain strong long-term client relationships
Operational & Platform Oversight
Assist with customer service escalations and platform-related issues
Stay up to date on TikTok algorithm changes feature updates and industry trends
Proactively improve internal processes to increase efficiency and performance
Required Hard Skills & Experience
3 years of experience in social media marketing creator partnerships or e-commerce
Proven track record of managing successful influencer/creator campaigns
Demonstrated ability to drive measurable sales and brand growth
Strong understanding of TikTok Instagram and other social platforms including platform-specific best practices
Experience with e-commerce platforms such as Shopify and/or Amazon
Ability to interpret performance data and make data-driven decisions
Experience using digital marketing tools and analytics platforms
Required Soft Skills
Excellent communication and client relationship management skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
High level of organization and attention to detail
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
Comfortable operating in a fast-paced growth-oriented environment
Proactive mindset with a continuous improvement approach

Preferred Qualifications
Experience with Amazons Creator Program
Knowledge of video production editing and content creation
