Job Summary
- Operates and maintains all department equipment and reports malfunctions
- Assists Executive Chef and Executive Pastry Chef with kitchen operations
- Purchases appropriate supplies and manage inventories according to budget
Qualifications :
- At least 3-5 years of working experience in the same industry
- Good leadership and management skills
- Can work in a fast phase working environment
- Working with minimal supervision
