Filinvest Hotel: TIMBERLAND HIGHLANDS RESORT
In accordance with the policies procedure and standards of Chroma Hospitality Inc. and Timberland Highlands Resort Rizal under the direct supervision of the Senior Sous Chef this position is responsible for the supervision and production of all items in the Kitchen.
- Ensures exceptional customer service aligned with Timberlands mission and vision
- Leads motivates and develops employees to maximize performance and satisfaction
- Creates a positive work environment and prepares team members for growth and promotion
- Supervises food preparation for restaurants banquets and room service
- Ensures compliance with food quality preparation recipe and presentation standards
- Coordinates with Food & Beverage teams to ensure smooth kitchen operations
- Oversees menu execution daily specials and product rotation
- Controls food costs portions inventory and waste through proper planning and monitoring
- Assists in menu planning and proposes new menu items
- Sets communicates and consistently enforces service and performance standards
Job Qualifications
- College graduate of any course or at least two (2) years college level
- Completion of an apprenticeship or relevant on-the-job training is an advantage
- With solid financial knowledge particularly in cost control and budgeting
- Experience in food & beverage or hospitality operations is preferred
- Strong leadership organizational and people management skills
- Detail-oriented with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Willing to work on-site in San Mateo Rizal
