On this journey you will be mentored by Moeve professionals to ensure you get the most out of this experiencegaining a global vision of the sales cycle and executive reporting within a major multinational.

What are we looking for

  • Students in their final years of an Undergraduate or Masters degree in Business Administration (ADE) Economics Sales Management or similar fields.

  • At least 120 credits completed with active enrollment in a university (that has an internship agreement).

  • Available for curricular or extracurricular internships.

  • Individuals eager to learn grow and provide structure and analytical rigor to the management of strategic clients.

Skills and Aptitudes:

  • Advanced proficiency in PowerPoint for creating high-impact executive presentations.

  • Knowledge and proficiency in Excel for tracking KPIs and generating reports.

  • Valuable: Knowledge of or interest in CRM tools (especially Salesforce).

  • Strong organizational skills analytical vision and excellent communication abilities.

Responsibilities:

  • Commercial Coordination: Support the departments commercial coordination helping align actions with the objectives of centralized clients.

  • Executive Presentations: Collaborate in the preparation of corporate presentations for key meetings and sales committees.

  • Activity Tracking: Provide support in monitoring commercial activity ensuring that milestones and client commitments are met on time and in the correct format.

  • Management Reporting: Assist in generating reporting for senior management extracting data and preparing dashboards regarding the state of the business.

  • CRM Management: Collaborate in the management of Salesforce (SF) supporting information updates opportunity tracking and commercial data quality.
