Job Summary

If you are a student passionate about strategic planning project management and financial analysis applied to the operations of a major company this is the adventure for you! Join our Demand Planning team through the Welcome U Internship Program.

On this journey you will be mentored by Moeve professionals to ensure you get the most out of this experiencelearning how a global project portfolio is managed and how economic efficiency is guaranteed within a PMO (Project Management Office).

What are we looking for

Students in their final years of an Undergraduate or Masters degree in Business Administration (ADE) Industrial Organization Engineering Economics or similar fields with an analytical profile.
At least 120 credits completed with active enrollment in a university (that has an internship agreement).
Available for curricular or extracurricular internships.
Individuals eager to learn grow and provide rigor in tracking initiatives and planning processes.

Skills and Aptitudes:

Advanced knowledge and proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel for financial tracking).
Interest in or knowledge of project management tools (previous experience or basic notions of Jira is a plus).
Analytical capacity for budget control (CAPEX/OPEX).
Attention to detail organizational skills and the ability to understand processes with an end-to-end vision.

Responsibilities:

PMO Support: Receive training and provide coverage to the PMO and Demand Planning team regarding the financial tracking of CAPEX and OPEX items.
Procurement Collaboration: Collaborate in requesting and generating purchase orders for suppliers ensuring the administrative flow of procurement.
Jira Project Management: Support the monitoring and tracking of projects in Jira: status monitoring tracking hour logging personnel allocation and generating progress reports.
Portfolio Management: Provide support in managing the global portfolio of initiatives actively participating in the tracking of programs that make up the departments demand.
Operational Insight: Learn about the defined operating model contributing to an integral vision of projects and helping ensure they are executed according to established planning.
