Join our Infrastructure Operations and Services team through the Welcome U Internship Program.

On this journey you will be mentored by Moeve professionals as you learn to monitor operate and automate corporate systems contributing to the availability and performance of our IT infrastructure.

What are we looking for

Students in their final years of an Undergraduate or Masters degree in Computer Systems Engineering Information Technology or similar fields.
At least 120 credits completed with active enrollment in a university (that has an internship agreement).
Available for curricular or extracurricular internships.
Eager to learn methodical and with a strong calling for operational excellence in systems.

Skills and Aptitudes:

Basic knowledge of IT Monitoring (metrics alerts and agents).
Fundamentals of Operating Systems (Windows Server and Linux) services and basic processes.
Interest in or basic notions of automation tools (such as Ansible) and task execution.
General understanding of virtualization and Cloud environments (AWS / Azure).
We value knowledge of IT best practices (documentation procedures and support).

Responsibilities:

Systems Support: Support the IT Infrastructure team in monitoring and operations tasks helping to guarantee the stability of corporate systems.
Alert Supervision: Collaborate in the supervision and basic analysis of alerts for both infrastructure and critical applications.
Monitoring Dashboards: Provide support in updating and validating dashboards and monitors using specialized tools such as Datadog or Pandora.
Operational Tasks: Learn to execute and document recurring operational tasks collaborating in the creation of quality procedures.
Automation: Participate in process automation using Ansible assisting in the creation of simple playbooks and inventory reviews.
Continuous Improvement: Assist in continuous service improvement and first-level support to ensure technological availability.
