About the Role
As our Brand Manager Inco Poland & Export East you will play a key role in building activating and accelerating the performance of our brands (TENA) in the local market. You will lead annual brand planning manage brand performance and ensure strong execution across campaigns innovation and commercial activities. This role combines strategic thinking operational excellence and close collaboration with crossfunctional partners to deliver sustainable growth and strengthen our brand equity.

What You Will Do
Brand Ownership & P&L: Lead local brand strategy execution and manage brand performance to drive profitable market share growth.
Annual Brand Planning: Define activation touchpoints and own A&P allocation and tracking to ensure efficient and effective investments.
Marketing Execution: Implement local marketing initiatives leverage global materials and maximize digital and paid media impact.
Campaign & Innovation Activation: Lead brand and innovation campaigns track performance and take corrective actions to deliver business cases.
Product & Assortment Management: Own pricing assortment and product lifecycle planning aligned with global guidance.
Insights & Evidence: Gather consumer customer and healthcare professional insights and support the generation of clinical evidence when needed.
CrossFunctional Collaboration: Partner with Supply Chain Global Brand Innovation and Commercial teams to ensure successful brand deployment.
Who You Are
Degree in Marketing Business Economics or a related field.
Minimum 3 years of experience in brand management ideally within healthcare medical devices pharmaceuticals or FMCG.
Strong knowledge of brand building campaign execution product management and working with crossfunctional partners.
A proactive selfdriven team player with strong communication stakeholder management resilience learning agility and a positive growth mindset.
Fluent in English (spoken and written).
