Inviting applications for the role of Senior Manager Repair Engineer (Project Management)!
Lead manage and support all Aircraft Engine repairs and maintenance ensuring the tasks are completed according to aviation regulations and industry standards work closely with maintenance teams engineers and suppliers to ensure efficient and effective repair solutions are implemented in accordance with industry standards and regulations.
Responsibilities
Perform data analysis from different sources (Salesforce Smartsheet) to help identify OTD and TAT of key KPIs and critical RRLs on regular basis (monthly)
Maintenance of KPI/PPI for Repair Product Line Focals key metrics on regular (weekly basis) during WOR
Maintenance of MRO & MIRO tools and present the dashboard to leadership in a regular basis
Help with identification and grouping of the Repair DRs across all commercial platforms
Qualifications we seek in you!
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelors degree in engineering from an accredited university or college
Strong oral and written communication skills
Previous project management experience
Knowledge on how to use and operate in the following GE and commercially available tools:
MRO Application
Salesforce
Smartsheet
MIRO
Fluent in English
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
Knowledge on Repair Development and Departure Records process
Fluent knowledge of Microsoft Office tools
Preferred Qualifications/ Skills
Relevant certification in aviation engine maintenance and repair.
Prior experience in aviation engine repair and maintenance.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
