A global digital sales and marketing solutions provider is recruiting a Spanish-speaking B2B Advertising Specialist for their team in Sofia Bulgaria. In this role you will be responsible for managing B2B sales activities within the tech and digital advertising sector. This is a hybrid position that combines inbound and outbound outreach to grow professional client relationships and drive business growth.
Your Role
- Multichannel Interaction: Manage high volumes of inbound and outbound B2B contacts via phone email video and social media.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Communicate with decision-makers to understand their business requirements and identify potential growth opportunities.
- Portfolio Expansion: Utilize lead generation and prospecting tools to identify new contacts and grow your client base.
- Pipeline Management: Maintain and track a healthy sales pipeline through every stage of the sales cycle.
- Data Accuracy: Accurately record all interactions and sales activities in the CRM system (Salesforce).
- Lead Qualification: Qualify leads and transition them effectively to the onboarding team for a smooth customer experience.
- KPI Achievement: Track and report performance metrics to ensure all KPIs and SLAs are consistently met.
Your Qualifications
- Languages: Fluency in Spanish and English (written and spoken).
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years in B2B sales lead generation or business development.
- Industry Knowledge: High preference for experience in the tech or digital advertising industry.
- Sales Skills: Proven understanding of sales funnels prospecting techniques and qualification methodologies.
- CRM Literacy: Experience using Salesforce or similar CRM tools.
- Attributes: Organized proactive and capable of working independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Digital Proficiency: Knowledge of digital marketing platforms is considered a plus.

- Schedule: Full-time weekdays only (Monday to Friday 09:00 18:00).
