A global technology services provider is seeking a German-speaking Customer Success Specialist to support a major social media hiring this remote-friendly role based in Bulgaria you will manage customer success programs for Enterprise clients ensuring high adoption rates effective platform performance and maximized ROI. Your Role
- Implementation & Onboarding: Drive the setup progress for new Hiring Enterprise Program (HEP) customers and verify all product integrations are successfully completed.
- Customer Value: Ensure clients achieve success through high adoption consistent usage and effective engagement with the hiring platform.
- Product Expertise: Maintain a deep understanding of platform products to guide customers on industry best practices.
- Lifecycle Tracking: Monitor and achieve key customer lifecycle milestones focusing on license activation and user engagement targets.
- Administrative Management: Track and record all customer activities accurately in CRM systems and triage troubleshooting tickets as needed.
- Trust Building: Develop strong long-term relationships with clients to act as a trusted success partner.
Your Qualifications
- Languages: Fluent in German and English (C1 level).
- Analytical Skills: Experience analyzing data trends and client information to identify service growth opportunities.
- Technical Proficiency: Expert knowledge of MS Office (Excel PowerPoint Word Outlook) and comfortable working with CRM platforms.
- Soft Skills: Exceptional communication collaboration and project management skills with high attention to detail.
- Independence: Ability to manage time effectively and meet deadlines with minimal supervision in a remote setting.
- Attributes: Proven ability to build trust quickly and manage complex client interactions professionally.
The Offer
- Location: Remote model (Work from home within Bulgaria) with relocation provided if moving to Sofia.
- Remuneration: Very competitive salary package and benefits including a fantastic commission structure.
- Schedule: Full-time weekdays only (10:00 19:00).
