German-Speaking Inbound Sales Advisor

Introduction

A leading German outsourcing company is seeking motivated German-speaking Inbound Sales Advisors for their team in Sofia Bulgaria. In this role you will handle inquiries for a major telecommunications provider providing expert solutions while identifying opportunities for cross-selling and up-selling. Your Role

Customer Interaction: Manage incoming customer inquiries via phone and email for a telecommunications company.
Resolution Management: Resolve customer issues related to billing contract details tariffs and general service queries.
Sales Identification: Once the primary issue is resolved offer additional products or services to enhance customer satisfaction and drive sales.
Professional Standards: Provide high-quality representation for the company in every interaction.
Team Participation: Contribute to team efforts and maintain a collaborative working environment.

Your Qualifications

Languages: Fluent in German (at least B2 level) both written and spoken.
Location: Residence in or near Sofia or willingness to relocate to the area.
IT Skills: Good PC skills with comfortable daily usage of digital tools.
Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a customer-first mindset.
Attributes: Helpful reliable and a strong team player.
