German-Speaking Sales Specialist

A global technology services provider is seeking a German-speaking Sales Specialist to join their team in Sofia Bulgaria. In this role you will be instrumental in supporting sales and revenue operations by ensuring data integrity managing pipelines and facilitating smooth deal execution. Your Role
- Revenue Operations: Prepare and validate Revenue Recognition data for client sign-off in coordination with internal operations teams.
- Pipeline Hygiene: Conduct daily and weekly pipeline checks to identify and flag issues such as missing close plans or overdue opportunities.
- Billing Management: Investigate and reconcile billing issues disputes and credits in collaboration with Finance and Operations.
- Forecasting Support: Assist in forecasting activities by tracking deal progress participating in closing calls and maintaining forecast files.
- Ticket Resolution: Manage support tickets related to pricing quoting tools and billing escalations.
- Reporting: Create and distribute detailed reports on pipeline health and billing readiness.
- Process Coordination: Work closely with sales management and quoting teams to identify and resolve any blockers to deal execution.
Your Qualifications
- Languages: Fluent in German (spoken and written) and a good level of English for internal communication.
- Experience: Proven background in sales revenue operations finance support or a related administrative role.
- Technical Skills: Comfortable using CRM systems quoting tools and reporting dashboards.
- Analytical Mindset: Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and data accuracy.
- Soft Skills: Excellent organizational and time-management skills; proactive and able to work independently while collaborating effectively.
- Legality: Must be eligible to work in Bulgaria.
