In this role you will be a key point of contact for healthcare professionals providing technical guidance and training to ensure their success with the companys innovative software. Your Role

  • Professional Support: Guide healthcare professionals via phone addressing incoming inquiries and conducting proactive follow-up calls.
  • Remote Training: Deliver technical training sessions to help users navigate the e-health platform confidently.
  • Multichannel Management: Handle requests via email and ticketing systems ensuring timely and accurate resolutions.
  • Product Advisory: Advise customers on software features and usage to help them maximize the value of the platform.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Work with sales marketing and product teams to share customer feedback and improve the overall service.
  • Documentation: Maintain meticulous records of all client interactions within internal systems.
  • Service Improvement: Contribute to operational excellence by identifying and sharing insights on recurring customer issues.

Your Qualifications

  • Languages: Native-level fluency in French (C2).
  • Communication: Exceptional interpersonal and verbal communication skills.
  • Technical Aptitude: Tech-savvy with the ability to learn new software quickly; experience in tech support is preferred.
  • Training Skills: Comfortable providing guidance and training over the phone to professional clients.
  • Attitude: Proactive problem-solving mindset with the ability to multitask effectively.
  • Legal: Must be eligible to work in Portugal.
