Your Role:
As Advisory Analysis Intern you will learn about the daily duties of an Advisory Analyst. You will be receiving training throughout your internship and be expected to assist and support our analysts with the following operational activities:
Processing information gathered through disclosure responses and shareholder data sources by entering these data into Nasdaqs proprietary database as stated in the process methodology and by adhering to all quality checklists in place.
Researching analyzing and validating relevant ownership data from data sources to ensure accuracy of information and completeness of the report.
Generating reports and summarizing key movements and trends in the shareholder base by following standard procedure on data integrity accuracy and in compliance to client specifications and ensuring timely delivery to client and counterparts.
Writing insightful commentaries and analysis of shareholder.
Working with global counterparts in completing client deliverables/reports consistent with the quality that clients expect and proactively providing counterpart progress updates in relation to the status of clients assigned.
Raising critical issues to manager or team lead that affects report delivery and client satisfaction.
Working with Managers/Team Leads/Senior Analysts and Specialists in the implementation of data quality process efficiency and productivity improvement initiatives.
Collaborating and performing specific tasks for different Manila Advisory Services teams and other Business Units to help increase overall efficiency and productivity.
Engage with global colleagues to share knowledge across geographic teams.
Who we are looking for:
Passionate individual looking to start their career in a technology company.
Penultimate students who are taking courses Business Administration or Management Economics Finance Financial Institution or any related courses.
A passionate individual who is knowledgeable in research analysis managing data finance and communications.
A critical thinker well-informed and has understanding of any of the following would be an advantage: Investor Relations Shareholder and Financial Analysis.
Able to communicate effectively and has proficient skills in different Microsoft tools especially Excel and can use different functions including VBA.
A self-starter with evidence of intellectual curiosity and problem-solving abilities.
This is a full-time and paid internship based in our office inBGC Metro Manila Philippines.We follow a hybrid model (2x a week in the office).
