Stolt-Nielsen Limited (SNL) is the specialist storage and transportation provider for bulk liquids: chemicals clean petroleum gases vegetable oils biofuels and oleochemicals. We also focus on opportunities in aquaculture & LNG. Stolt-Nielsen plays an essential part in the global supply chain and every one of our people contributes to our success.

What You Will Be Doing

The intern will assist the Admin Team in day-to-day administrative tasks. The role also involves providing general support to help maintain smooth and efficient operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the upgrade and integration of the desk booking app.
• Assist in the transition of BCP tasks including Smart Messaging Suite updates.
• Help ensure BCP processes comply with updated OSH Law requirements.
• Provide logistical and coordination support for engagement activities and major events.
• Assist in improving Admin communication tools and drafting office announcements.

Qualifications

• Currently taking up Business or HR related courses.

• Must be able to provide MOA and endorsement letter.
