The purpose of this role is to provide operational support in the financial process of the group that includes analysing financial reports to compare against planned figures and provide management with insightful reporting. The role requires providing valuable insights to support decision-making contributing to process improvement and monitoring divisional performance against budgets and forecasts.

Responsibilities:

  • Comply with all legal and regulatory requirements to ensure obligations are met.

  • Maintain strong relationships with stakeholders including auditors to ensure service delivery meets expectations.

  • Prepare monthly management reports and month-end accruals.

  • Investigate and analyse variances of actual vs budget and provide commentary.

  • Perform deep dive analysis of costs.

  • Collaborate with divisional finance teams for cost investigations.

  • Facilitate intercompany recharges through analysis and reconciliations.

  • Facilitate capitalisation of assets and draft memos for auditors.


    Preferred Qualification

  • BS Accountancy

  • CPA license

  • Experience in finance business partnering

  • Background in the call center industry particularly within insurance and/or banking with exposure to billing processes

  • Increasing level of responsibilities within a call center or shared services environment
    Experience in policy administration
